Big Thunder Mountain: Closing on January 6th, 2025, until 2026!
Test Track: Closed. Reopens 2025 after Re-imagineering.
TriceraTop Spin is permanently closing Jan. 13th, 2025.
Voyage of Little Mermaid (Hollywood Studios): Closed. NEW show The Little Mermaid- A Musical Adventure coming summer 2025.
Lightning McQueen Racing Academy: Permanently Closed. A NEW Villains Show will replace it, with expected opening in summer 2025.
Dinosaur: Permanently Closing (no date given) possibly 2025 to make way for NEW Indiana Jones attraction.
Tom Sawyer Island and Rivers of America/Ferryboat: Permanently Closing (no date given, possibly 2025-2026) to make way for new Cars-themed attractions in Frontierland.
Typhoon Lagoon is closed.
Port Orleans French Quarter Resort: Some buildings will be under construction: so, availability will be limited at this small resort. Rooms are receiving a BIG refurbishment. Full Completion goal by Spring 2025.
Wilderness Lodge: Exterior Refurbishment, ongoing through December 2026.
Yacht Club Resort: Room Refurbishment, January 2025 to May 2025.
POP Century Resort: Room Refurbishment, Late March 2025 to Mid-February 2026!

DISNEYLAND

The Holiday Season at Disneyland Resort

NEW: Holiday Tea with Santa and Mrs. Claus at Hearthstone Lounge at Grand Californian Resort- Dec 3 to Dec 24. This elevated holiday experience features a variety of premium loose-leaf teas, the finest tea sandwiches, and delicately prepared treats to put guests in the spirit of the season. Some of the holly highlights include a caprese salad, shrimp salad, prime Holstein tea sandwiches, truffled Christmas egg, and scones. Guests can enjoy a Classic Tea, Premium Tea, or Deluxe Tea experience, with the Deluxe Tea including strawberries and chantilly cream and a glass of champagne. Plus, meet Santa & Mrs. Claus!
Chip and Dale’s Ornament Trail pursuit will debut at Downtown Disney District, where guests can search for special ornaments hidden among the holiday trees and shining lights adorning the district. (From November 22, 2024, to January 1, 2025)
Beginning November 19, “Goofy’s Kitchen Celebrates the Holidays!” will delight guests at Disneyland Hotel. NEW Mickey’s Holiday Pajama Party breakfast and brunch at Storytellers Cafe at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will serve holiday-themed meals, accompanied by seasonal décor and select characters donning new pajamas.
All three Hotels of the Disneyland Resort will feature festive fun, including a massive gingerbread house inspired by pastries and candies on display at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and all-new décor at Pixar Place Hotel.

- Disneyland Park: Haunted Mansion Holiday
“Believe…In Holiday Magic” nighttime spectacular, which will perform nightly at Disneyland! Santa will stop for photos at Redwood Creek Challenge Trail in Disney California Adventure park, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Disneyland Hotel and Pixar Place Hotel through December 24. Don’t’ miss “A Christmas Fantasy Parade” at Disneyland park!
In Disney California Adventure: “World of Color – Season of Light” is a must watch!
